Lucifol Return and Refund Policy

At Lucifol, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Proof of Purchase: Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Final sale or clearance items
    • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@lucifol.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number] business days.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at help@lucifol.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
